So, if you didn’t already know, this is our girl McKayla. McKayla’s flawless vault (the judges were egregiously wrong by not giving her a perfect score) stole the show at the women’s gymnastics team final.Take a moment to relive her legendary vault one more time:

McKayla lit’rally made the judges jaws drop.
SHE ALSO HAD A BROKEN TOE!!!!
Anyways, McKayla has basically become THE face of the women’s team gymnastics gold medal.
The President even knows her.
But more importantly, Lady Gaga tweeted at her!

But whatever, she can balance on the knees of an English guard.

She’s the Regina George of gymnastics.
She came up with Team USA’s name.
Keeps the other girls in check.
But still has mad love for her team.
Have I mentioned she’s the best vaulter in the world?

The Lone Ranger
Just sitting here thinking that life has taught me a lot, reflecting on my past experiences and charting my future goals, I’m left with a picture of wonderful things, the people who have touched me, both positively and negatively, the many lessons I have learned and now apply to my everyday life, everything truly works out for a reason and leads us on the path we need to follow, not the one we want to follow, great things really do take time even tho I may get impatient and try to rush it, I have come to learn only when something special is taking away from you, it leaves you with time to reflect why it was so special to begin with, I’ve learn and I’ve accepted it may not come back or be gone forever but the lessons I’ve learned are now apart of me forever, over the past year I’ve acknowledge my childish flaws and seek to repair them, after all this time that has past I miss her, watching her move, I miss her body, her lips, her laughter, I feel myself maturing readying to make her my beautiful wife, have lots of kids with, build a career to support, live in happiness with and love unconditionally, I can see these things sitting on the horizon in abundance, I no longer fear set backs but now embrace them, so I will continue to follow the path God has set forth before me and cherish every moment that comes my way

Finding the Light
The further we fly away from the sun, the darker it becomes and the closer to the unknown we go, it’s in this darkness we find ourselves, it’s this darkness we realize our dreams, it’s this darkness we realize who we are, we become strong in this darkness and fly back to the sun, fly back to the light, charged up and ready to face the world, I’m sitting this darkness now, charging up and realizing what’s around me, seeing the world as it is and preparing to bask in the light
Where's a Time Machine When You Need One
I’m laying here trying to go to sleep but can’t stop thinking bout the past, mostly thinking bout my failures, going all the way back to high school, mainly my senior year and trying to figure out where it all what wrong, from the bad decisions to the missed oppunities, the bright spot is my amazing friends but two really bad decisions changed things, I always tell my best friends if I had a time machine I would go back and tell young jack ass me, don’t do it your making THE BIGGEST MISTAKE of your life, this very bad decision will change EVERYTHING but I don’t have a time machine, I just have life and heart longing to go back and make things right

Grant I haven’t played Gran Turismo 5 but Forza 4 is by far the best racing game I’ve ever played. I played the shit out of Forza 3 and Forza 4 out preforms it in every respect. The cars are just jaw dropping gorgeous and are the stars of the show. I like how the career mode has been streamlined, compared to Forza 3 is was super easy to find races that match the car you want to drive at the time. There are two point I think Turn 10 can improve and hope to see in the future. First, let me create the look of my driver and give personality to them and their rivals. I want to create a team, company, my garage and my own logo. This will be hugh for me if it’s added and very welcome. Second, presentation is on the weak side of this great game and I feel the license with Top Gear was really wasted this time around. I want to see celebrations after winning a race and more activity going around the track like cameramen or supporters waving signs with your name on it in the stands. This I believe will give the races more life and favors. Turn 10 has done a masterful job again and hold on to the title of best racing game on the market. 9/10 Highly Recommend

2011 Game of the Year, Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception
Naughty Dog delivers as always. Beautiful, Jaw-Dropping, Mouth Watering Graphics, easily the best looking I’ve ever played, everything from the lavish forest to the sun ray’s beating down on the desert, the detail in the building structures, for example as I was swinging from a chandelier I was so caught up how freaking beautiful the chandelier was and for a split second forgot I was swinging on it, the color choice with every single texture really captured the scope of the scenery of the levels, the gameplay was air tight, from shooting to jumping to climbing it all worked with ease, my only real complaint is the camera during the set-pieces, which make the action absolutely amazing but I dead more times than I liked,

This quote sums up the story brilliantly, we learn more about Drake’s background, even get to play him as a child in a flashback when he meets Sully for the first time and ends with the first of many AMAZING chase sequences, Chloe makes a brief cameo in the first few level and switches off to Elena who adds really touching moments with Drake but it’s the Drake and Sully show the way it’s suppose to be, This was a great story and fits perfectly in the Uncharted series, what I want to see in future games now and what I believe will happen is focus more on Drakes and Elena relationships. The multiplay is fun and I will be playing it for awhile, Naughty Dog has once again crafted a MASTERPIECE and my hat goes off to you

11/25/2011: bought Forza Motorsport 4 from Target on Black Friday at 3am after work for $28
Beat Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3
Beat the single player campaign of MW3 and HOLY SHIT was it AMAZING. Hands down the best story in the Call of Duty franchise. The story showed a lot of heart and brotherhood found in the real military. The set piece were Grand, Beautiful just absolutely Magnificent. There’s never a slow moment with shit blowing up, helicopter crashing, buildings falling and all this in real time, no CGI cut scene. This may very well be running on a old engine but man has every drop of quality been sucked from it. COD is still the modern military game to beat and this keeps it at the top of the pack. Infinity Ward and Sledgehammer Games my hat goes off to you.
